Case Study
A modern web presence for a growing agrochemical brand
End-to-end branding, design, and engineering of a fast, self-manageable website and 110+ product catalogue for an Indian crop-protection manufacturer.

Overview
Senso Agrotech is an Indian crop-protection and agri-input manufacturer whose catalogue runs to more than 110 products across insecticides, fungicides, herbicides, plant growth regulators, biologicals, and fertilizers. They needed a web presence that matched the credibility of their products: one that could present a large and growing range clearly, be easy for their own team to keep current, build trust with farmers and distributors, rank well in search, and load quickly on the mobile networks common across rural India. VanceIQ partnered with them end to end — branding and digital presence, UX and visual design, front-end development, a MongoDB-backed product CMS, SEO and keyword mapping, Google Analytics, and performance — around their “Harvesting Happiness” positioning.
The challenge
What we set out to solve
- Present a large, six-category catalogue of 110+ products so it stays easy to browse and search — and simple to extend as the range grows.
- Let a lean team add and update products themselves, without depending on a developer for every change.
- Build search visibility from the ground up so farmers and distributors can find the products online.
- Establish a consistent brand presence and perform reliably on the modest mobile devices and connections much of the audience uses.
Our approach
How we built it
We began with branding and UX — shaping a consistent digital presence around the “Harvesting Happiness” identity, and mapping the catalogue and key journeys before moving a pixel.
We built the site on Next.js and backed it with a custom, MongoDB-powered CMS, so the Senso team can add, edit, and organize their 110+ products and categories themselves.
We ran keyword research and mapped it to pages, layering in on-page optimization, clean metadata, and structured data to grow search visibility and ranking.
Finally we wired in Google Analytics and tuned for Core Web Vitals — so the site is measurable, discoverable, and fast on the connections the audience actually has.

Yes. We built a custom CMS hub backed by MongoDB, so the team can add, edit, categorize, and configure products and content across the 110+ item catalogue without touching code.
How does the site support search visibility?
We carried out keyword research and mapped it to the site's pages, with on-page optimization, clean metadata, and structured data to grow search ranking — backed by Google Analytics so search performance and on-site behaviour can be tracked over time.

Next.js and React on the front end, a MongoDB-backed CMS for the product catalogue, product imagery served through Cloudinary, and Google Analytics for measurement — designed mobile-first and tuned for Core Web Vitals.
